The Spring Collection
26th February – 12th March 2015
Spring is a time for looking ahead at the new year, facing new challenges and looking back on past achievements; with that in mind, Imitate Modern presents: The Spring Collection. Featuring more artists in one show than ever before, we have delved into the archives to put together a retrospective of works from our fantastically diverse and talented artists. It is our artists who continually inspire us by creating innovative and exquisite artworks and The Spring Collection celebrates this, while looking ahead with anticipation at new artists and new artworks to be discovered in 2015.
Our exhibitions have been famously varied, from the pop-art Kate Moss ’40’ Retrospective to Exposure in monochrome, and The Spring Collection reflects this, a carefully curated mixing pot of graffiti, fine art, abstract art, photography, pop art, urban art and illustration. The subjects range from Cara Delevingne to Snow White, tackling a range of topics including consumerism, icon-worship, celebrity, childhood and inevitably, love.
The artists exhibiting in The Spring Collection include:
Cartrain, The Dotmaster, Ed Ball, Louis Nicolas-Darbon, Luc Waring, Lukas Avalon, Maisie Garner-Currie, Parlee ERZ, Raymond Salvatore Harmon, Rich Simmons, Russell Marshall, See One, Tyler Shields, URNY
