With A-list fans and iconic fashion house clientele, such as the likes of Louis Vuitton and Stella McCartney, Emanuele D’Angelo is no stranger to the spotlight, residing between London and LA. Recently he has been travelling around Tokyo with supermodel Bella Hadid, on hand and ready to snap more sublime pictures to create flawless imagery from natural light. Fake Like Judas show, One Arts Club, Milan, 13th April 2018

After solo shows in Miami, New York and London, CB Hoyo’s first solo Milan show last night at One Arts Club attracted quite the crowd! His ever satirical work embellished the walls with a familiar display of show-stopping colour. The impressive turnout for the opening is indicative of the impact Cuban-born CB has had on the art world in recent months. Click here for available works.

London-based Eve De Haan, otherwise known as Half a Roast Chicken, is one of our favourite up-and-coming artists. The artist, who exclaims the power of words in neon – such as ‘do not trust robots’ and ‘who robs a bank in a bikini?’ – is forever enthralling us with her creations and has been showing the world behind the scene action and inner workings from her studio on her instagram. See more of her works available from us here.

Lauren Baker

Dimensional Flux, Lauren Baker, 2016, at Imitate Modern

Lauren Baker has been summoning creativity across the ocean in Thailand. Her beautiful, delicate and often circular neon works are an expression of the universe itself and have emerged out of a life changing trip to South America in 2012. It is clear, and the artist states so herself, that she gets her creativity and influence from being submerged in unspoilt wildlife and nature. See her works here.

Rich Simmons

Rich Simmons is always pushing the boundaries of his work through his roots in street art, continuing to evocatively and inventively use stencils to produce his stark images. He has recently given us an insight on his instagram into a new theme this year that co-merges skulls and butterflies, coining them ‘skullerflies’. See his works that are available through us here.

Paul Oz

'Make It So' is a celebration of 50 years of Star Trek by Paul Oz, 2018

Make It So is a celebration of 50 years of Star Trek by Paul Oz, 2018

Artist Paul Oz, influenced by sports – namely Formula One – and sci-fi, has been busy prepping what he calls ‘a culmination of a four year project and world tour’ oil painting portrait of Sir Patrick Stuart for auction in time for the celebration of 50 years of Star Trek. The paint appears to be jumping out of the canvas in this striking work. More of Oz’s works are available from us here.

Illuminati Neon

Mark, from Illuminati Neon, has been creating more of his stand-out Queen prints – one of our current favourite visual delights at Imitate Modern – accompanied by another neon punk slogan ‘God Save The Queen’. We are intrigued to see what more colours he produces his prints in – we hope he continues to give us our Queen fix! See more from Illuminati Neon here.

Shawn Kolodny

A new work, Bitcoin Fortune, that Shawn Kolodny has recently revealed on his Instagram, April 2018

Be it preparing to paint in the desert for Coachella, or showing work at DOMO Architecture + Design’s ARTchitecture Spring Art Social on Miami Beach, Shawn Kolodny is certainly busy in the world of art. If you happen to be in Miami, he is exhibiting at the Buzz Art Auction in the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach Studio on April 21st. More from the artist who uses fashion brands to explore addiction through ego here.
