(Untitled 2018) by Rich Simmons

We are incredibly proud of Rich Simmons’ astounding achievement at Christie’s charity auction, where Simon de Pury auctioned one of Rich’s painting for £52,000 with all proceeds going to Gracious Hearts UK. It’s amazing to see one of our artists being part of such an important cause that raises money for children with special needs.

This auction result will have a huge impact on his work, with his sale prices expected to rise significantly! It is safe to say he is one to watch this year…Find out more about Rich Simmons and his artistic journey in our previous blog post.

Lost Times by Luc Waring

Luc Waring has been in hibernation the past few months but not with nothing to show for it. Moving away form his stencil based graffiti works he has started working with a more free hand style, staying true to his street art inspirations but now with presenting slight elements in his work. As always his pieces challenge the political and economic power structures we abide by. His latest piece Lost Times is his first neon work and sold within days of completion and received a great reception from other neon artists such as Illuminati Neon and Lauren Baker. Recently he co-founded a new underground creative community 20/20, on the 20th of each month a group of twenty creatives come together to perform some highly secretive tasks which will come to light in due course. He’s also been working alongside Not Just Another Store in Shoreditch on a new range of clothes

Outside of expanding his artistic outlook Luc has been quietly ferreting away 20% of his earnings from the sales of his works all in aid of philanthropic endeavours.

Tyler Shields

Self Portrait 2018 by Tyler Shields

Tyler Shields is a man with a creative vision that far proceeds his humble beginnings as a skate photographer. His latest series ‘Historical Fiction’ tackles race politics and its impending powder keg moment by subversively flipping the race role of images we often see in the US media. These images are captured and staged in such away that emboldens every pixel and creates a jaw dropping hyper realist scene validating his nickname of ‘Provocateur‘.
